You will have my personal cell phone number so you have direct access to ask questions and any other type of support you might need to keep you on track and help you in any way.
ABOUT ME
With over 20 years in the music education field, I have been helping people find confidence and strength to better themselves through music. But when the world shutdown because of Covid-19 pandemic, I decided it was time to look within myself and improve my health.

I hired my own personal trainer who helped me learn how the body functions and can improve with a healthy diet and exercise. With my trainer's help, I realized how proper nutrition and exercise can improve my mood, help me deal with anxiety and face my everyday life with a more positive attitude.
With my trainer's encouragement, I decided to help others find the same joy that I did and shifted my focus into teaching people the proper workout techniques and exercises to help them gain muscle, lose body fat, and improve their overall health.
In 2021, I earned my Elite Personal Training certification through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and have been helping clients improve their health ever since. I hold certifications in personal training, nutrition, strength and conditioning and transformation and believe in holistic health; striving to maintain and encourage a healthy life throughout the mind, body and spirit.

Because I myself have struggled with my own health and self-confidence throughout my life, I know how to help and encourage people through their journeys as well, including my own husband. I helped him change his lifestyle from being pre-diabetic to having no precursing symptoms; so we can show our two daughters the right ways to live a healthy and more joyful life.
